Cardiff-by-the-Sea — a small, unhurried coastal community tucked between Encinitas and Solana Beach, where the reef break is world-class and the locals have been guarding it for decades.

This hand-made flag uses a washed army green canvas with an off-white screen-print. Each flag is topped with a natural twine + twill tape and stamped with Slightly Choppy branding.

Please note: These are all made as a "one-of-a-kind" and may have slight imperfections giving them their own character.

Love this!

My daughter surfs Cardiff with her physical therapist every Saturday. She is disabled and does not understand the meaning of the flag but it makes me smile every time I see it to think how much surf therapy has helped her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
