Domestic Shipping
Once you’ve placed an order, our goal is to get it out the door within 24-48 hours (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays and custom orders). All of our products are shipped with USPS Priority. Generally, domestic orders are received 1-4 days after receiving your tracking number. We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.

Important note for international customers
We are currently only shipping UPS International and your order may be subject to local import duties upon arrival in your country.
These charges are based on each country's import and customs regulations. Any additional charges incurred upon receipt of the package in your home country is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to check applicable import duties in your country, the HS code for cotton flags is 63071010.
Our aim is to make mementos to remind you of your best days, and we realize that import fees can be an unwelcome surprise.
