Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If for some reason (and it better be good) you need to exchange or return an item, we will accept it up to 7 days after original delivery. To complete your return or exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and your reason for returning your item(s). We will respond to your email with next steps.
Refunds will only be given once products are returned in full in their original packaging. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Custom orders or one-off item sales are final and can not be returned.
