Poor Craftsmanship

I was excited about my pennant when I ordered it, but when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed. The end was cut crooked, the stitching was uneven, and the paint looked hastily and sloppily applied. Overall, the craftsmanship felt rushed and low quality. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.
