I've been seeing these little flags pop up on design blogs, and I wanted one for a space I'm decorating. I love all the little handmade details and the personality and whimsy they add to a space. While this will be hung on a wall far from the actual beach, I know that it will make us smile every time I see it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I grew up in Southern California, and spent much of my time with my family in Huntington Beach. As soon as I saw this flag, I knew I had to have it as a reminder of the best childhood memories. It is framed, and proudly displayed on our mantle. Thank you!

We are a surf family, grew up surfing locally in Southern California. These flags represent so much for us as a couple. We bought the Huntington Beach flag because that is where we met and I’m going to get a Laguna beach flag because that is where we got married. Maybe next year Scott will have Corona Del Mar as that was our first home together.

Besides the sentimental aspects; the Slightly Choppy website for purchase was very easy to navigate, the order went so fast and the flag arrived quicker than I could have imagined.

This is my third flag from Scott. The quality is outstanding! He has a way of bringing all the feels when you look at them...the vintage look, the letters, the seams, the small rope to hang it with, all of that together with his level of attention and love put into each one makes these handmade flags a true treasure.
